• Click on Submit Repair
• Enter Details of the System and also the Repair/Fault info
• Click Submit Repair

You can now Track your repair online by logging in and following the "My Tickets"
option at the top of the page. from here tickets can also be replied allowing you

to keep track of what's going on and message your comments to our engineers directly.
